Been a while since I’ve done thin pinch. 3/4″ width. On my Mouse Pinch adjustable pinch width apparatus. Not a good day for thin pinch! Got to get my hands back in the 140lb range at least as quickly as possible. I have until late April to get this dialed-in for the Michigan grip contest.
2-HAND MOUSE PINCH-3/4″
-101.4×1 Kind of hard. Pulled about 18″ though. Knew I was in trouble when this felt like 20lbs heavier.
-127.4-MISS Pulled about 1″. Wow. I remember pulling 143lbs on this exact width some months back. Right forearm is still hurting – but that’s no excuse for the vastly reduced numbers. It didn’t seem to be hurting enough to make that big of a difference. But I guess it did.
-112×1 Hard. Felt like a max pull. Pulled about 18″.
-114.4×1 Pulled about 17″. Surprised to pull more than on the previous set since that felt like a max.
–117.2×1 Pulled about 16″. Barely held on. It’s safe to say this is my current max.
Terrible thin pinch workout. Not much more to say than that. Will be working on this hard in the coming months.
