-160 for 11 reps in 60 seconds-right hand, -and 10 reps-left hand Tried to pace myself throughout to maximize the number I got before fatigue cramped my hands up too much to continue. Now I have a baseline. Got 7 consecutive reps righty and 6 lefty at the start of each 60-second time period. Didn’t use chalk or Dry Hands or the “water trick.”
My goal for the contest is 20 reps in 60 seconds.
Rested 5 minutes and then did this:
-181×1-both hands Both were very strong lifts.
-191×1-both hands Both were strong lifts.
-201-MISS-both hands Nothing on either hand. Oh well, still a good workout on the Rolling Thunder.
