TIMED REPS – 181 POUNDS – ROLLING THUNDER
Got 5 reps in 60 seconds on both hands. Surprised to get the same number lefty but that just means my right forearm tweak is still limiting me significantly. That’s fine since it wasn’t necessarily painful in this workout. Just a bit tender still.
Goal for the May 2012 Michigan Grip Champs will be 10 reps with 160lbs on a 2″ Crusher in 60 seconds. Only one hand will be contested so I can just use whatever hand is feeling stronger that day. The 2″ Crusher spins much more “freely” than the Rolling Thunder. So some guys on the Power & Bulk recommended that I add 20lbs to whatever number and train it that way.
