TIM STRUSE PROGRAM – WEEK 2, DAY 2
This was supposed to be 5 sets of 3 explosive reps. But I was busy today and totally got the program details mixed up and so I did 3 sets of 5 explosive reps. Used my 57lb Trainer. My “harder” 62lb Trainer was not available to me today. Not hard to explode into a Trainer for my recovery speed reps. No chalk or Dry Hands necessary in today’s workout.
