2-HAND MOUSE PINCH-65MM
-105.4×1 Felt a bit hard. Widest setting I’ve ued on my Mouse Pinch and I’ve had it now for 3 years. I have a wide hand span from pinky to thumb…but this didn’t feel good at all. In fact, the very first set actually did some almost microscopic tear-damage to my thumb web. Just the first set. With a light weight. Knew already that it wasn’t a great choice in terms of possible skin damage. But I wanted to set a baseline max and see where it led anyway.
-131.4×1 Pulled about 12″. This felt very close to a max. Was surprised that it was so low. Figured I’d be closer to 150lbs…
-137.2×1 Pulled about 16″. Okay, got the hand position right. Or at least better.
-142×1 Pulled about 16″. Very hard pull – but solid all the way from the floor to lockout and then back down to the floor.
-150×1 Pulled about 17″. Hard. But solid all the way.
Now I have a baseline MAX for 65mm on my Mouse Pinch. My wife got home a bit sooner than I had planned on. So I shut my workout down. Might have been good for about 5lbs more but then again it might’ve totally been glued to the floor with just a few pounds added.
