-110lb #2×5-right hand, -x3-left hand Right forearm tweak announced itself even at this low level. Not the worst it’s ever been – but about how it felt at the contest 3 weeks ago. So the rest hasn’t helped as much as I would like – but it’s a tad better.
-121lb GNC200x1-both hands Not terrible pain righty. Had quite a few more reps in the tank. But I had plans to attempt the RB210 and the RB330N – both of which I was pretty sure weren’t going anywhere for my right hand – or lefty.
-139lb RB210-MISS-both hands Missed both by a mile. Really hurt my right forearm to squeeze the wide-spread RB210. Lefty is just too weak lately to TNS this monster.
-159lb RB330N-MISS-both hands Missed by a long shot both hands. Probably closer righty just because the RB330N is so much narrower spread than the RB210. Still hurt the right forearm a lot.
-121lb GNC200x3-both hands Had a few more righty and maybe one more lefty. Not terrible pain righty. The narrower grippers are a bit easier on my right forearm tweak by a significant amount. Good to know.
-110lb #2×1-both hands Felt the forearm tweak quite a bit. Not good. Makes the gripper feel so much harder. I’d guesstimate it makes any gripper feel about 20lbs harder.
Not a good workout. Not even close to being a good workout. Still glad I at least tested the right forearm to see how it’s healing. I might not have been able to TNS my easiest #3 – and that hasn’t happened for a long time. Only due to injury-tweak, but it’s still not comforting.
