Been 6 days since I worked out with the Modular Plateau Buster. I was going to do another workout on it yesterday but re-injured my knee slightly again so I’ll have to let it heal up and then get back on the wagon. I have done some abbreviated kettlebell workouts over the past week and a bit of light grip work.
Still on the agenda is slowly losing bodyweight. Preferably bodyfat, but at this point I don’t care what it is – even if it’s hard-earned muscle. Just being lighter will do good things for my knee instability.
