The right forearm tweak isn’t holding me back a lot on the support lifts anymore. It is definitely holding back my gripper strength though so I’m glad for any event that it doesn’t hurt too much.
This lift was 3lbs away from being a bodyweight pull. I think when I did my all-time best Rolling Thunder pull (righty) back in 2008 (230lbs) that I weighed a pound more than what I pulled. So that means I don’t think I’ve ever pulled over bodyweight on the Rolling Thunder.
