Smashed the RB300N with a parallel set this morning and then ground the handles. It was the best lefty gripper workout in a while. Did okay TNS too.
Got 2 TNS reps lefty this morning on my 130lb #2.5. Nothing super strong really but it’s building up again.
Also closed a 151lb #3 lefty (parallel set) and a 137lb #3 TNS.
