Lefty Gripper Training 6-20-12

 -59lb rated Trainer-x1

-110lb rated #2×1

-130lb rated #2.5×1     *Notes: Weird because this felt much harder than normal.  And my left hand wasn’t sore from the workout two days ago.

-142lb rated 5/8″ Super Master-x1     *Notes: Solid close.  The small-diameter handles really make you squeeze hard to get the handles to touch.  More than the rating might suggest.

-142lb rated 5/8″ Super Master-x1     *Notes: Super solid close.  On video.

-146lb #3×1     *Notes: Very solid close.  Felt “easy” since the handles are normal diameter.  One of the great benefits of training with the 5/8″ handle grippers.

-GHP6 (unrated)-x1     *Notes: Very solid close.  Pretty decent TNS gripper for me right now.  Oh how the mighty have fallen.

-146lb #3×1     *Notes: Another very solid close.

-FBBC 3X (unrated)-MISS     *Notes: Missed by about 1/8″.  Not bad really – considering the spread of this monster.  Used to destroy this gripper right handed.

-GHP6 (unrated)-x1     *Notes: Solid close – but hard.

-146lb #3, then 130lb #2.5, then 110lb #2.     *Notes: Pretty easy for me to get one rep on each of these in sequence.

*Overall Notes: Solid TNS workout compared to what I’ve been having lately.
