Did four 100-meter repeats with 3 minutes rest between each run.
Temp was 95° so it was taxing even though my sprinting ability is nonexistent.
Going to shelve my longer runs for a while and see what type of physical changes occur. Not going to train for anything other than the simple joy of running.
400 meters is a very interesting distance to train for. I’ve been reading up on it and it’s fascinating.
So I began training with a goal of lowering my 400 meter time over the next few months. Should continue to get a bit lower in bodyweight too so that will have a positive carryover too.
