It’s been almost a week since my last run. I have been averaging about 3 runs per week. Even though they are much shorter in length the last month than the previous 3 months.
The days just kind of slipped by. And I have been experiencing a bit of sciatica intermittently over the past 3 weeks. It comes and goes and for the most part has not been bad. The only time it was very bad (also my first experience with it) was driving up to Denver in late July.
It has been just a little touchy (sciatica) for the past 5 days so I kept putting off going on a run. I almost wish I had just gone ahead and ran to see if it would end up not irritating it. It’s not preventing me from doing anything recreationally (other than running) or at work so I’m thankful for that.
