Dips Again

8-29-12, Wednesday

Bodyweight was down to 210lbs so I felt a bit less bloated.  Did some dips.  Not much pump since I rested quite a while between sets. 

No soreness even a few days later though so that’s a good sign that my body is getting used to doing dips again.
