Supinated Grip Pullups


9-9-12, Sunday

Did some supinated grip pullups.  Bodyweight was 209lbs. 

Got a good workout and my lats are sore the next day.  That usually doesn’t happen with any type of pullups.  Usually only my arms get sore.  Doing something right. 

The bodyweight training is starting to pay off with noticeable differences in my forearms and arms.  Not a lot, but it’s enough that my wife notices and has commented on it a few times.
