Dips Again

9-26-12, Wednesday

Did some dips today.  Bodyweight was 214lbs.  Up about 5lbs from last week.  Actually was 216lbs on Monday night when I got back from my long New York and eastern U.S. road trip.  Dropped a bit of water weight already.  I ate like a beast so it’s not a surprise that I’m this much heavier.  Made things harder both in bodyweight training and will no doubt make running a bigger challenge too.  I notice even a few pounds difference…
