Training update


Here’s what I’ve been doing the last week. 

Some low volume kettlebell work.  Low volume tactical pullups.  Started running again.  But only a mile. 

Bodyweight is 213lbs.  That’s only up a pound from 33 days ago – when I was consistently running.  Not what I thought would be the case a full month after my last run.  I figured I’d be about 5lbs heavier at minimum.
