Did some work yesterday with the 24kg kettlebell.
Been experimenting with different pacing strategies. Exploring the various ways to alter my work to rest ratio for maximum payoff.
One workout I did only singles – separated by short rest periods – and alternated hands.
The next workout I did triples and instead of alternating hands I took slightly more rest and did half the planned reps on one hand before switching to the other hand.
Really gives quite a different feel to a workout where the total number of reps in 5 minutes might be exactly the same as another.
