Yesterday I did the TSC 5-minute snatch test with the 24kg kettlebell. Got 4 more reps in 5 minutes than the last time I tested.
I did 3 sets per minute until the final minute. Had a specific goal in mind but missed it by a few reps.
Most of my training the past month has been with kettlebells.
