HAPPY NEW YEAR WORKOUT
TSC SNATCH TEST-28KG KETTLEBELL
Paced myself and managed my fatigue better. Got a 5-rep increase over my last test (which was also my first with this weight) with the 28kg KB. Hit 50 reps this time.
Alternated hands. 10 reps righty for 3 sets and 10 reps lefty for 2 sets.
Last time snatching this weight was December 11th. So it’s been a while.
