Last night I did some parallel grip pullups. Been a while since doing the Tactical Pullup. And it felt as long as it’s been.
Bodyweight was 219lbs. Gotta watch that it doesn’t go over 220lbs and I needlessly go up a weight class at my USAWA contest in a few weeks.
This grip was not too painful on my shoulders. Not “comfortable” by any stretch either. But not terrible.
