I’m lying. It sucked. Every minute of it. Temp was 27 degrees but that normally doesn’t bother me. Wore my Asics. Ran a slight downhill for the first 1/8th mile and it still felt like a pace that was 50% faster than what I was actually jogging.
My legs are still a bit sore (hamstrings) from a kettlebell leg workout.
Don’t ever train legs.
That was easy.
