I have been training lately, just not logging it here. Training has been very abbreviated for obvious reasons – namely, Baby Josephine. Or taking care of her and enjoying her presence and everything that goes with that.
I have managed to do a few pullups here and there. Because I bullied my way into moving the pullup bar back into the nursery last week, lol.
Did a 5-minute snatch test with my 24kg kettlebell to test where I’m at after doing essentially maintenance-level workouts for the past two months. I haven’t lost any ground on the 24kg KB, so I’m very pleased with that.
